Thread: Do you get xp while being a gunner on a MPS ship?

Just wondering. Im trying to think of motivation for non masters to fly with me....other than my magnetic personality

Yes but at a lower rate. XP is given out on a per ship basis, if more than one person is in the ship, the xp is divided by that many people, including people just standing around inside. You may be supprised how easy it is to get people who want to try gunning after you convince them the first time. If you learn to fly right, and teach your gunners good gunning techniques, its quite enjoyable. Esp since much lower level pilots or non-pilotsget the advantage of using your master level gear.

Yes you do. Actually, I think all passengers do, whether they are gunning or not.
