Thread: Where do I start the mission that gives the mining laser and Cargo Hold?

I am wondering how I get the cargo hold and laser start mining Asteroids. I know shipwrights can make them but they take Asteroid resources to craft. How are they obtained prior to shipwright Crafting? Any help would be awesome, THank you

what do you do for that quest? is it hard?
