i am working on storm sqaud right now i finally got my 4444 then he sends me on another mission to dant starts easy couple destroys followed by a escort then it wants me to destroy a rebel command ship i look and its a boat with like 30 smaller and elite ships around it it seems kinda harsh is that right ?

Yes, that's right. It's the Tier 4 exit mission.

After than the traienr sends you to the Grand Admiral in Naboo Palace for the last 2 mission.

hmmm i mayb done the missione in a guild missione guild group is a gunsgip or 2 yes?

Most of the squadrons have really nasty exit missions at Tier 3 and/or Tier 4, quite often a gunship witha pack of fighters.
