ok dont know if i have tried this with my imp ace but the guy who gives the black sun duty is it the guy who is standing beside the librarian cos he says to me Mama told me not to talk to strangers and i don't know u


all the other Rsf trainers in the building offer me missions but i am thinking the guy i can't talk to is the one i'm after

That's the tier3 trainer. Tier4 is across the hall.

You have to be neutral in space to get Black Sun duty missions from the RSF trainer in the palace. The tier 4 RSF trainer is not the person standing next to the librarian either.

i am a smugglers alliance ace with the pilot i am trying to get the mission with the trainer across the hall offers me an escort didn't say black suns tho is that the one

If you follow the dialog the trainer across the hall offers 4 missions.
