Same problem.

No missions in Datapad. Have 200k xp. Have completed the "Disable the fighter" Mission and the "Capture Col. Hend's Shuttle" Mission. Have 1 tier 2 skill (1 2 1 1) and all Fa'Zoll will tell me to do is to take another duty mission.

CSR TIcket is 13 hours old as I am posting this.

Chat CSR's can't help. Live chat (via website) can't help with this. Nor can phone support.

We can not progress in our pilot's skills with this ! HELP !!

I am 2/1/1/1 and have nearly 200k xp. The trainer outside of Emps is only giving duty missions and will not train me. The other Inquisitors wont talk to me due to being Tier II. I know Tier II is a combination of missions and xp, but duty missions are pretty much fillersfor xp are they not?

I ran into another player with same issue tonight. He had requested a CSR to help him to no avail.

Anyone got an idea of whats going on here?

Still need help with this. Recieved a reply to my ticket today, 2 days after filing it, and 2 days with the inability to play and progress my character. The response told me to check my datapad for unfinished missions, and then to file it under the correct catagory. I am also unable to add a comment !

So: I have waited 2 days for an answer. The answer given tells me to do something I have already done, and stated that I had done in the ticket. I am unable to add a comment, so I have to wait another 2 days for another reply to a new ticket, that will probably tell me to do the same thing.

And to beat it all, he told me to file it under the correct catagory. I filed it under missions, interactive NPC's. FFS, if that's not the right one, what is ?!?!

I can't call: They don't handle in game issues. Online is a no go, don't handle in game issues. Chat is a no go, they tell me to file a ticket and to keep my eyes on the updates. Forums have been no help in 2 days. And the knowledge base is useless. In game tickets are a joke, and everyone knows that. So what do i do ? I still can't play this game, and probably won't be able to play for the rest of the time I have paid for ! Someone PLEASE HELP !!

Try asking for the briefings again when he offers you duty missions, something similar happened when JTL first when live and they seem to make bugs reappear when they push patches through :LOL: When he goes through all the briefings for duty missions again he should offer a training option at the end of it all. That was the route a while agao anyway, hope it helps this time.
