Thread: I´ve got a question about the RotW ships, please.

I´m sorry if this was already answered in any earlier post... couldn´t find answers.


I´ve just completed my Inquisition Squadron ace mission - the first one I´ve finished. I´ve also done the quests and got the Eta-2 Actis Interceptor and the Y-8 Mining Vessel.


I intend to drop this squadron and do the other 8 squadrons in this order: Smuggler Alliance; Vortex; then the other 2 Rebel squadrons; after that, the 2 Privateer squadrons; and finally the 2 Imperial ones. Storm Squadron will be the last. I´d likealso to do the missions for the other RotW ships (ARC-170, Belbullab-22, Heavy X-Wing, Vaksai, etcetera).


I´d really appreciate any input on the following questions:


1. Is it possible to get all the RotW ships, and use them for their respective factions?


2. I´d like to get the Imperial Guard Interceptor and be able to use it after Storm Squadron is finished... is that possible, andshould I get it now before dropping Inquisition or later when I´m doing Storm Squadron?

1. No... you can get all except for the RGI or Heavy X-wing depending on faction at the time you do the quest.


2. Do the RGI quest when you are a freelance pilot with Imp on the ground. You will be able to get the RGI and Vaksai. If you start this quest and drop pilot you will not be able to finish it.

Incidently, the ARC-170 is bugged in a couple ways. The most important bugfor your concerns is that, once you drop the squadron you were in when you did the quest, you'll lose the quest certification to fly it. If you want to always be sure it's flyable, make sure it stays in your datapad.

You have not mentioned whether you have done any missions for Kashyyyk space station yet.


Just to be clear, if you have, do not drop your pilot squad until you finish that quest and get your RGI. If you have begun those missions, you canonly do them once, and dropping your squad will lock you from doing them again, or even finishing. This will prevent you from getting the Vaksai, but at least you won't lose your shot at the RGI.
