i am 1211 alliance pilot, but im on a rather laggey connection. what would be the best way to get grind the exp for tier 2??

Find a spawn of tier 3 ships that you can handle on your own, or with a friend.

The friend doesnt have to be an Ace or anything fancy, in fact having 2 mostly equal pilots works better. My favorite spot has always been the Corsairian Cresescent POI near Nym's Hovel hyperpoint. Stay near the dumbell station and kill the kimogilas as they spawn. You can get all the xps you need for the rest of tier2 in under an hour (I recommend staying out there and just getting all you need in one run).
