I'm not going to include bordom in this, cause I've been bored with this game for a few weeks.

First of all, my joystick broke. If all you do is fly, this can be a big problem. (And I'm spoiled to it, and have no clue how to fly with the mouse.) None of my local stores carry any but the cheap Saetek (I know it's spelled wrong), and if I'm gonna buy one, it's gonna be a good one.

The other reason is a little bigger in scale. This is my favorite time of year. There are always 2-3 really good games coming out every week or two, and this week I just bought two games I've been itching to play. 'Shadow of the Colossus' is amazing. I'm only 3/16 thru it, and I'm loving it. The other one, I've been wanting even before i heard it was coming out. 'Soul Calibur 3.' Enough said as far as I'm concerned. If you like fighting games this is the one to get, it's BEAUTIFUL. It's also just as frustating re-learning this game as it was for 'SC2.' I've only had it a day and I've thought about throwing my controller at the TV several times. But it's fun! I also just got the original TIE fighter, X-wing Alliance, and X-wing as well. But this brings me back to the original reason.

The only reason I'm posting this in here is because I'm pretty much only a pilot in game. Yeah, I'm Master Shipwright, but i really only got that so I could RE my own stuff. Yeah I used to be Master Architect, but that's before the space bug bit. Yeah, I'm a whopping CL 9, but the ground game is just too 'l33t' for me I guess. And I'm way more proud of my 8 ace badges! I'm sure I'll play again, but I have too many games to play. And it's nice to actually be in my living room for longer than me walking through it to get another Mt. Dew while I'm playing this.

So until I get a new stick, and the 'new' wares off the games, this pilot is grounding himself. I know most of you haven't flown with me, and I haven't flow with you, but we're all commrads. This forum is also the only one that I actually get good information from, and most of the time civility. So, I'll see you all around, and happy flying!

Get a Saitek Cyborg EVO, it is an excellent stick. I have had mine for about 2 years now and play JTL like a madman. It still is in great shape, and it is customizable to give you a better fit to your hand than most sticks

have no idea if you fly under imperial or rebel banner, either way, you'll be missed

I always like seeing another dedicated flyer, be they red or white
