Thread: help! new heavy x-wing, can't get the droid to work

I had a standard x-wing, r5 droid. tried loading it in my new x-wing and it turns red when I load it. can't call it when I take it out of the ship. So I figure I need a flight computer.. go buy one, program it and it says I need a droid for the heavy x-wing. then the flight computer disappears sometime btween that and travel to buy a new droid. So i buy a new r5, program it, can call it and all.. load it in the ship and it turns red. Any clue's? I have spare power, mass

Turning red is normal , they all do that.....I know..it should turn green...

Stupid question, but did you install a Droid Interface?
