Thread: Freelancer: changing squadrons?

I started out with the RSF, but I'd prefer to get the rest of my missions from the Smuggler's Alliance. Problem is, Dravis will only give me continuous duty missions at my current tier, while the RSF is willing to give me more advanced missions to progress.


Is there a way to change this so that my advancement continues with the Smugglers Alliance instead? Doesn't seem right that I'd have to completely leave the Freelancer faction just to switch squadrons.

The only way to change squadrons is to completely resign and start over.

If you're still on Tier 1, starting over shouldn't be a problem, you have a bit of experience and better parts than at the very start.
