Today I went and decked out a Heavy TIE (HT from now on) with some of my best stuff and went out to do some social engineering to see who would bite. It's only a LVL 1 TIE right?
Wrong.
1289 top speed (this engine isnt even RE'd yet)
Mid 60's PYR
RE Borstel
1100 RE2 Cap @ 36 recharge
15 sec booster
14.2 DI
2500+ shields
WOL/EOL3 COL4 CTSS4
I dueled everyone, and conservatively estimate that 80% accepted. (it's only a HT remember) From Krayt M22, X-wings, JSF, B-22, to Firesprays. They all took the bait and they all died. I lost on the 2nd round to both the Krayt and the JSF, but never to anything else. The Krayt just tagged me good and proper, and the JSF nailed me while I was trying to be extra tricky and failed. I can just imagine them on the other side of the screen "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? OMG IT'S A TIER 1 SHIP!!!"
I did storm squadron today from start to finish in this thing, and never even looked like failing.

We don't need no stinking JSF's HT FTW. I love this ship.
