Thread: Looking for advice L8 Engine RE Project

Well, these are all the pre-RE stats of the best L8 engines i could find, either in my possession or on the vendor search:
Armor/HP: 817.6 (QID)
Drain: 1590.3 (Vendor search)
Mass: 26147.2 (QID)
Pitch: 72.4 (Looted)
Yaw: 70.7 (Vendor search)
Roll: 70.2 (Vendor search)
Speed: 94.5 (QID)
Now from what I've seen, the yaw and roll could be bumped up a couple points, and the drain and mass could both possibly be lower. But for mainly PvEing and only the occasional PvP, would you say it's "good enough"? I know these kind of threads may get repetitive, but it's my first big RE project and I didn't want to risk wasting a couple nice QID's and a lucky looted L8 on something sub-standard in other stats.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Criticisms?

I'd wait for better mass, yaw, and roll, and definitely better drain (1300's - think eo4). Or we could trade QID's and both of us RE today! hehe

Definately wait for a higher Yaw. At least something to match your pitch. Drain is another thing, aim in the low 1400s. Mass could be tweaked a bit, but seeing you are Reb and probably sticking this in a Heavy X, the mass you've got is reasonable.
Nothing to drop your jaw, but a very nice PvE engine so far. I use about the same thing (bit higher YP) in my PvE farming ship, but PvP has a much higher 8.
