The shape of the vessel itself and the size of the hitbox. The mass, handling, and weapon placement are identical. It's really a "style" choice.

The best ship for Reb pilot is the ADV X-wing by a big margain, i was a master privateer runnin a krayt with all the usual RE'd lev 8 guns etc, managed to fit it all into the ADV X-wing, its awesome, heard some great things about the elite TIE interceptor aswell, but dont knock the b-wing, it takes a certain amount of patience to fly it, but its the only ship i've used where i can park it up toe-2-toe with 2 tier 5 ghrag gunboats in kash duty missions and win, without taking component damage, but u cant help thinkin that the firespray should have the same stats as the bwing but be way more maneuverable

my bwing is 3 lev 8 guns, 1 lev 7 gun, non are RE'd, 2 mark 3 protons total 26 missiles

shield 2555 front back with 17.58 recharge RE'd lev 8!!

a nice RE'd lev 6 engine 92.2 speed YPR mid 70s so it can turn, well kind of anyways lol

when i get the parts i'm gonna RE the lev 8 guns and stick an RE'd lev 10 gun on it, already done the math and it will all fit nicely.

I don't know where u get your dillusions, laser brain....!

For railrunners, the M22-T is the best heavy fighter in the game. The B-Wing is essentially a one-seat POB.

For fighters, it's controversial, but the JSF is the best. I want a Royal Guard TIE Advanced with 85k mass and the old YPR accelerations.

Death doesn't fly a JSF anymore...he flies a Gallente Thorax in EVE Online

Depends on what you're using it for.

Rhixyrk: I loved thisfor everything until I broadened my mind to other possibilities.

Krayt M-22:Took over mymining duties from the Rhixyrk. Can use a huge shield and main gun, plus has room for the Tractor Beam andMark III Mining Laser.Only time I have to interrupt my mining duties is if Tier 4'sstart ganging up on me.

Heavy Z-95: Excellentfor dogfighting, but will upgrade to the Heavy X-Wing once qualified, I'm 3333 rebel.

YT-1300: I never fly this, but hope thatwillchange after Pub-24.

Y-8: This may change as my mining shipafter Pub-24 too, but doubt that will last because I prefer to mine alone.

ARC-170: Another great dogfighter. I've been meaning to try it as a Corvette killer, but haven't had the time or thetwo add'l peeps to assist.

As you are a rebel, i would advise going out to get a heavy x-wing, its going to be the best all arond ship for you.

I'm suprised the A-Wing people haven't shown up yet. It's a great little ship if you know how to handle it properly.

Just leave the B-Wings to the pilots who know how to really fly

I fly 2 ships

Bel-22, love the looks on this one. Usually mine in it.

Vaksai w/Trandoshan Repeater Cannon. Just firing those cannons scares people
It's a tricky ship to fly, guns so far appart. Still a noob in it. But I'm getting there.

I have my Heavy Xwing and my Awing. Both are great - the Xwing packs a great punch with 3 advanced weapons and the Awign just has the maneuvarability to outfly most any npc ship out there that I've seen yet, which granted isn't all of them heh

Though I'm still trying to figure out how my 8 foot tall wookie arse fits inside the A-wing cockpit...must have the extended cab version =P
