i am an imperial pilot and want to wear the tie fighter suit but i have a cybernetic arm that i have no clue how i got. does anyone know how i can wear it?

You most likely got the arm by dying on an "third-world" world without cloning first.
Go to a "first-world" world like Tatooine, Naboo, or Corellia and ask around (the cybernetics guy tends to be on the second floor in Naboo/Corellian medcenters), and get the arm replaced with a real one for about 10k.
I don't know the exact details or cost, but this is how it's remedied.
