First: I already got the Royal Guard Tie with my char from the Kashyyyk Station (with Advanced X-Wing Badge

)...

Now i switched to neutral on my way to master all 9 squads. Today i did the first two escort missions for the Vaksai quest. Then the person from the station sends me down to the guy. But when i talk to him he only says i should talk to the station. But when i get up there again she tells me the Boss wants to see me...

Whats the problem there? I'm currently Master for the Smugglers Alliance as well as Rebel on the ground.

Basically a known issue. The station part of the quest resets when you drop master pilot but the ground guy, 'Eyma' doesn't so it sends you in a loop basically. Many others are bugged like this.

when you drop pilot it resets space missions ie the space station but RotW combines space and ground and ground misiions don't get reset. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug but my guess is it is intentional. If not you could theoretically get unlimited number of these ships.

Then they could add a check to if you already got the badges.

Or do you get the chance to start the Royal Guard Quest again if you drop one imperial pilot squad for another one?

Yup, I did the exact same thing. Did the missions for the RGI, dropped pilot to try out a different squadron, but I'm now stuck in the loop.

I wouldn't have used the vaksai since i think it looks crap, but would have been nice to have it.
