Is it possible to change your squad inside a faction during the course of the game? For example, if you started with the Black Epsilon squad and you want to join the Inquisition, can you do it? And how is this done if possible?

YES BUT you must give up ALL pilot skills and start over as a 0-0-0-0 pilot. (you lose all pilot skills and abilities)

NOTE remove all components from ships and redeed ships before you resign from Black Epsilon.

Also, make sure you dont have an inspiration buff when you drop pilot. You will lose 110% of the xp you had. Working off negative pilot xp sucks when you've only got one tier 1 box
