As a newly minted shipwright I am just gathering components to RE. Is there a sticky or guide somewhere to what are the minimum good stats on pre RE parts? I.E. Level 6 reward eng...Mass at 9k, YPR above 66-67. I have the basic idea of what I am looking for just not realistic goals. I am gathering level 8 engine and shields atm.
