Is it tradeable? Meaning you can get it for someone so they can do it?

yes, but if you read the other threads with "Jedi Starfighter" or JSF in the title, you'll find out that you need to have done the mission to be able to undeed the sucker.

I already have it. Just can't use it yet because i'm 3332... But i was just wondering.
Just want to send a thankyou to all the banthas on kashyyyk who ganged up on the rebs for me. I loved turning the corner and seeing Kashyyyhan Banthas walking away from dead rebs.

I acually did the first part On Leave...not one single rebel spawned lol. Then the 2nd time I did it (with a friend), we both had our AT-ST Faction pets out...it was a scream, two guys followed by 3 AT's. Man, we felt invincible

The specific question is asking about the data pad that starts the mission, not the deed for the ship. Yes the pad can be gotten by anyone, and given to an imperial to do the mission. In fact one of my attempts at getting the pad was spoiled by an AFK loot macro laying prone on the skeleton snagging datapads every half hour. I expected to see spam in C'net the next day selling them on a vendor for 200k. blah. glad I reported them, hope they got the pads taken away.
