OK, I'm almost Master Freelance pilot now, and I've NEVER used any of the Droid maneuvers that exist.

How do I go about setting them up? What kind of droid do I need?

If you looked here you would have found information on what kinds of ships require droids (z95, y-wing, x-wing, JSF, arc-170) and which require flight computers. If you looked here you would have found information on which commands do what.

That was pointlessly mean. From the way people react when they read some of my posts, I think I can claim I'm knowledgeable, and that was mean.

Might be a great PVP event. Everybody in Y-8s, Ixiyens, and TIE Bombers.

Everybody can name their ships things like,"ITB 'HEY BUDDY!'" or the "RSF 'LIFEGOESON'"

You forgot the Rebel ship ... it would have to be the Y-Wing! Longprobe or not is up for debate ... or just the 1000 cert without gunner.

One more guide to compliment those, check my sig.

It does drive me nuts to meet Ace pilots who don't run programs, so I'm glad to see that you're looking into them. Gonna drive you nuts when you realize how much of a difference they would have made on the way up.

Are you a pilot and not using Droid Commands?

Flying without droid commands is like going to dathomir pre-cu with a cdef and no-buffs.

So far Freelance hasn't really been difficult, and I'm on my last box of Tier 4.

It was a bit slow starting, but all those months of old school X-Wing and TIE Fighter kicked back in and I got back in the groove pretty fast.

Thanks for the links, I'll work my way through those as I have the time.

I've installed the Droid Interfaces before, but I need to find a good vendor for the Astromech/Flight Computer for my ships.

Another quick question(which may be answered by the above links):

How do I go about adding the commands to the Droid/FC when I get one? Can I do the programming myself, or do I need a Droid Eng to do it for me?

Thanks again!

You add commands yourself.

Gotcha, thanks.

I've seen some of the commands on vendors that also had the droids for sale, that's why I was curious.
