i worked in customer service for other computer maufacuters,and to let you know the csr is not at fault for the most part for these problems it is management.

management puts such a strick policy on the csr's that the are not alowed to do much. Then the csr get lazy and then dont even bother to read the letter fully because they have to get their 200 csr letters done for the day. Or they half read it and get it half rightbut since they cant do anything things like this happen.

So i am not saying the csr are not totaly blameless but some can be because of attitudes and so on. Now this statement is not directed at soe but in csr andmanagement in a whole.

NEW- [Negative Space Combat and Prestige Experience Points] -NEW-
In cases where a player leaves their pilot profession, either through surrendering their faction, or simple revoking their profession, if they are currently under an Inspiration Buff, they will lose an additional 10% of all accumulated Space Combat and Prestige experience points. In almost all cases, this will put them into negative values for these totals. Please make sure that you are not under the effects of an Inspiration Buff when attempting to surrender your pilot skills or faction. If you have been affected by this matter, please submit an in-game customer service ticket, and we will attempt to correct the issue as soon as we are available to do so.

so neg exp is intended? LOL oh and now i up to 6 CSRs

Great opportunity here to try something!

If you have a profession with negitive exp, drop it, and pick it up again. It might drop all exp you have (even negitive), maybe. It's certainly worth trying. Make sure you do not have an inspiration buff, not sure what that would do.

There have been some CSRs that were able to fix this issue right from the beginning, so I don't buy the Lack of a tool explanation.

I do like the idea of dropping Novice pilot again and getting it again (while not inspired) if you've been bit by this bug. I hope that works for someone. it seems like a clever workaround. *kudos* alyris
