That is verystrange.....I bought mine and was able to use it....

Probably a bug. I bought 3 Belbullabs in the weekend and I was able to activate them all.

I think you need the "Badge Collector: 5 Badges" badge to generate any of the RotW ships, if you have that, then you need to put in a ticket.

If you don't have it. visit some POI's

I thought you had to have done the myyydril caves quest and recieved the badge from killing nekrosis in order to use it. I know I can use mine, and I looted my ship! Good Luck!

I'm betting this is the issue. If you've got any 5 badges and are 4xxx pilot and still can't deed it, let me know.
