Thread: Negative xp!?
Contact a CSR about it, they should reset your xp to 0.
Heck, direct them to this post or have them contact me in-game if they don't think it's kosher. I dunno if they'll do that, but I'm certain they have the ability to reset your xp to 0.
I've kinda got used to it. First ticket comes back with cut&paste replysemi-related to the actual ticket but not related to the actual problem. 2nd ticket includes their reply, the number of the previous ticket and my statement why it doesn't apply. I feel there is a policy to always return the first ticket with cut&paste work.
The reason I don't mind is because the 2nd ticket gets handled to my satisfaction.

Ditto. I dropped Imp pilot and went rebel and got -10k I assumed it was like ground faction and have just been shooting low level stuff to get it back to a positive state.

count yourself lucky you only had -10k im in the middle of grinding back -747k negative pilot xp after dropping master corsec pilot, submited 2 tickets only to be told there was nothing could be done.
even tho i spoke to a CSR in the chat room and he said it could be sorted, i managed to get the CSR you dealt with my ticket in the chat room and when i started questioning her about the issue she left the chat room.
thx CSR's for nothing......
oh oh, I got it back and im 2222 pilot already again

He just popped up where I was and said negative xp isnt acceptable and gave me the 56k I had in negative
