Not since Nov/Dec - I think the theoretical max on looted L10s now is 99.9.

I'm of the opinion that the loot table maximum is well below 99.9. It was only for a few months, as stated, that 100+ loot engines were found, but I believe there has been more than one decrease in values since then. Personally, I think a low-90s loot engine would be 'high-end' for the current system, while high-80s is a more reasonable goal.

The fastest level 10 I've looted since that change was 95.2. My buddy Adonis practically lived in Deep Space for a few months there, and I think he just recently got a 94.x one, so if I had to guess, I'd put the new cap in the mid-high 90s.

The highest I personally have is a Novaldex Experimental X-12 with 98.9 speed (pre-RE), but that puppy was looted back in the month or so after JTL's release.

I picked up a 94.7 in Deep Space with 79.1/77.0/80.1 YPR a week and a half ago, which is superb (better than my current L10 RE), but points to a cap in the mid-90s, like was stated earlier

The highest since the change that I have looted RE'd to 100.6 so I'm guessing it was like 94 or 95 ts before it was re'd. Out of probably 60 lvl 10's.

That's an L8/RE8 pre-nerf Privateer engine. And I believe it's 105.3 or 108.3 (pretty sure it's 105.3 pre-RE). That's not an L10/RE10.

It IS, however, worth a lot (especially because it's evidently STILL in such good condition PLUS it's not REed), as not many of these still exist because not many people went privateer before the nerfs went through.

I was so close to getting that engine. They're, what, tier 4 exit mission rewards? I know I was working on tier 4 when the engine nerf came through. My consolation is I would have RE'd it badly, though, so I'd probably be using something else now anyway.

Not to mention you'd be able to use a brand-new post-nerf H-C to return to the engine to cherry-new condition.

That's what USED to be possible. I honestly don't know if that engine's still on Eclipse or if it died with the winners' leaving, though evidently "Dudeman88" last logged in "06-04-2005" at "04:14 PM."
