ok i know where there retreat is but do i have to do all those quest to get in and find this guy? or is there a way around it so i can talk to him

You can talk to the Naboo space station, you should get a mission to save a freighter, and from there on be lead onwards. In the end you earn access to the entire retreat and to land there when talking to the Naboo station.
