Which pilot trainer? The Black Epsilon one (Insurgent) should be in the Imperial Outpost on Dant, if that's who you're looking for.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for the Vortex trainer, he's at the abandoned Rebel base.

The easiest way to access it is to complete a mission for the Dantooine Neutral Space Station.
