Having mastered freelance, I took up rebel pilot. I solo'd up to this point everything (with the exception of my first vette, and the advanced xwing which is still kicking my thrusters).

I am finding that I cannot solo this last tier 4 mission, 12 or so various tier 4 ties seem to have better formation flying tactics than the blue angels.

When I first get the mission I have to tangle with maybe 5 TIES and one gunship. And without a wingman to keep the fighters busy (nyms pirates that spawn to help..really don't) I get wasted on runs against the gunboat. I die, and spawn back at the station,..however

THE MISSION IS STILL ACTIVE!?!?

So I leave the system for corellia to getrepairs,.hyper back, and now I am in phase two of the mission to cover the b-wing escape, totally bypassing the first portion and its gunboat from hades.

My question is, on the second portion of the mission do I need to destroy every TIE in the swarm festthat is covering the b-wing retreat...or do I just need to survive till the fleet makes its jump to hyperspace.
