Emperor's Retreat is "restricted" to Imperials. Much as only "scum" are allowed in Jabba's. Therefore, neither place is on the Travel agents terminals.

i know i am able to land at the emperor's retreat, but i have to fly into space and hail the naboo system station in order to get the option to land at the emperor's retreat.
shouldnt we be able to select this option from the ground map when we click on the 'travel' button on the space terminal? or is the way this is set up intentional by the devs?
i appologize if people have asked this repeatedly, but i have not found a thread asking the same question when i have searched through the posts.

Intentional, since there isn't an easy way to code an extra destination into the travel terminal specific to each player (travel button uses the same code as civilian shuttle ticket buys). It's pretty easy to code for each space station commat that stationto check a pilot for his authorization to land at a special place, but for every starship Travel request on all planets to do a database query on every pilot every time he hits travel, it would create a lot of server load.
