Today, upon entering one of teh Dantooine sectors, aboard my Dunlelizard,I noticed that, in first person mode, the cockpit wasn;t showing up. Everything else was fine, but instead of having the cockpit frame around the ship, I could see speace around me. I dunno if this is a bug or me messing up the controls- it might have been me because my cat jumped on the keyboard a few tiems and might have pressed something or whatever, not sure. ANyways, the bug list above doesn't contain this problem, so if anyone could help me out I woudl appreciate it.

Not a bug. You're just zoomed out.
The + and - keys on the keypad zoom you in and out.

Either that, or you accidentally hit the keyboard shortcut to remove the cockpit display. I don't have in front of me, so I forgot the shortcut, but there's an option in the Interface tab of ctrl+o that lets you get the console display back.

Not sure why anyone would fly with the cockpit frame, but:
Hyperspacing commonly toggles it on/off, I'm not sure why. Small bug.
To turn it back on, it is the lowest radio button in "Misc." in the options (control-O) window.

ctrl-shift-f2 toggles cockpit graphics on and off.
ctrl-shift-H toggles the HUD on and off (great for screen shots)
and, not JtL related,
ctrl-shift-G toggles a menu on and off where you can see local game time for the planet you are on.

I play with cockpit on because i like it
, and also is another factor that can make a ship good or bad
anyway... yes is a bug, it generally happens when you hyperspace in 3rd person view or with inventory or other windows open.

It turned out to be the controls. I used the option screen to turn it back on, but I don't think it was on interface. I just had to cherck a few screens before it came up.
Anyways, thanks for the help.
