Hi guy's, just looking for a little help with the first misssion after completing the entire 4th level, it's a mission to destroy a gun ship and it's support craft. I can take out the craft and still 100% when i engage the gun boat, but within min's i'm forced too eject and the gunboat is hardly damaged.
I realise there must be a way to do this mission without outside help and i'm looking for you guy's too help if you can?

Also helps to list your squad so we know what type of gunboat.

sorry only imp's or reb's have squads, freelance ( and the only ones who are master pilot's) don't have squads.

Just an additional fyi, depending on what enemies the mission has, some Freelance "Masters" won't be able to help you either. Specifically, RSF can't kill rebel, SA can't kill hutts and CorSec can't kill CorSec.

There are 3 types of freelance, why be such a pain about the details, when you're the one coming to us due to a lack of info?
Besides, just asking for one kind of master pilot in your thread doesnt mean an imperial or rebel can't make a meaningful contribution. There are 2 possible types of gunboats you could face as a Freelance, and they are exactly the same as the Rebels and Imperials might face, but again, it all depends on WHICH SQUAD YOU ARE IN.

well each faction has three "squads" but you didn't even list which faction you belong to, since you asked for "ALL MASTER PILOTS" it would be a waste of time to ask an imperial ace for help if your a rebel for example.
Also have you tried to talk to pilots in game, often if an ace is already in space they will help. Try posting on your own server forum and look at the pilot helper list. Anyway good luck with the quest, I know some can be tricky - im not even an Ace yet lol.

i think there has been a misunderstanding, i was asking for a freelance master pilot ( the only one who get's to be called a master pilot, the imp's and reb's only have ace's)

Ok this maybe me being stupid but where does it tell you what group your with? as far as i'm aware i'm not with any group or squad.
The mission i'm talking about is labeled as " assasination or an imperial ace in the lok sysyem", it's not until i get sent off for the gunship that i find myself outclassed and out gunned.

who did you start with? Smugglers Alliance begins in Mos Eisley, RSF in Theed, and Corsec in Coronet.
