What Tier four block gives the reward for completion ...Im an Imperial in Storm squadren.

You get a reward for each block of the tree you complete. Storm Squadron: I recieved the Sienar Systems "Bolt Driver" Cannon (About 3k DMG for a level 7 componet) just for getting my Ship block. Then I got something else which I can't remember what, for getting the Tactics block. Adn just recently I got a set of Level 8 Sheilds for completeing the heavy Componet Block. I ahve one block left to go and can't WAIT to find out what that is.

Well i completed my first tier 4 block and it was advanced technology and I didnt recieve " Sienar Systems "Bolt Driver" Cannon " wondering is this random.

You get 13 rewards total, 1 at tier 1, 1 for each box at the subsequent tiers. It doesn't give any message that you've received it so you got to keep an eye on your inventory. Rewards are tied to the mission not boxes, names are always the same, some minor variations in stats are possible.

make sure you have room in your inventory when you talk to your trainer.
