The Rebel pilot trainer in the hotel of Nym's Stronghold will give you a duty mission with Tier 4 Black Sun.

Try using the 'search' button, this has been asked three or four times this week alone.

(And yes, I COULD indeed have given you the answer in the time it took to type this, just as you could have searched for it in the time it took YOU to post.)

thanks GenshuHimiko, ill try back with the trainer after a server reset then, as for you Jeebuschisp, maybe next time read the question beforeyouget all smart on me? specifically the part about the trainer not giving me mission options....something thats not answered on any of the threads the search came up with. what a concept...but thanks for playing

If your trainer is the guy in Lok Hotel, and you are in between the end of tier4 and the master missions, then he will not hand out duty until you've mastered. Alternately, stations and trainers won't talk to you about missions if you already have a space mission.

Since you haven't been specific about your faction and trainer, that's a guess on my part.
