Ok today I was grinding out in Kessel and I was overt (I am imperial BTW) So i got all the xp i needed for my box and hypered bakc to endor. Now as soon as I reverted i checked what was the closest ship to me, It was an overt rebel in a Krayt about 1200 away, it took me a second to register it as another player, until I saw him barreling down on me. So i gunned my engine and boosted out and began a wide circle, now he cut inside the circle like i had hoped, so when he was about 600 out i cut my engine and watched him blast in forn of me, i came in behind him and 4 shots later he was pieces of carbon....anyways i'm hooked now and can't wait till I get to go to deep space, oh yea a quick q, nothing can decay in armor/hp below 10 right?

And I'm just 2 for 2 in being blown to bits tonight ... I should know better than to try to fight one of the relics, maybe next time I'll just /escapepod when I see one headed for me.

correct. no decay for ships below 10. If you go to deep space. you will not decay also.

The majority of times you see a JSF/BSF remember its more than likely a useless pilot behind the controls, hence my many kills against them in my Ywing and, lack of deaths. Or maybe the Ywing just confuses them.

Even if the majority of JSF/GSF pilots are not that good this is bad advice to give. You should never underestimate your opponent regardless of what he or she might be flying. Just because you don't like people using prequel fighters doesn't mean you are justified in insulting those pilots. I don't care what other people are flying. I'll fight them in any fighter that they want to use and I am always respectful unless they loadkill or epulse.

Sorry, but, I dont "underestimate" my opponent, i know they are inferior to me (a pilot and his arrogance, hehe), however, i dont think stripping the reactor of 3 JSFs in my Ywing (non-duece) in Kessel and flying around in front of their cockpits isnt insulting to them (thats 1 dogfightas an example).

In fact, I personally find it insulting that they dont use their skills to combat me, in Imperial Starcraft, but try to use unbalanced/overpowered chassis to defeat me (which they dont).

I'm using an X-Wing now, though you might just be right about people and the Y-Wing. Iwas usingthe LP in DS one day and went head-to-head, my opponent didn't even maneuver.

a JSF flying head on at an X-Wing has a crappy pilot, its that simple. when you can out run and out manuver your enemy you never try to "Tank" them. it would be like a MiG putting itself in front of the sights for the Gattling Gun on the A-10 Warthog.

I'm ex-Air Force and I used to serve on an A10 base (not a pilot), so I had a chance to see some training videos of A10s in action. That's a very apt comparison you make and anyone who has ever seen the videos would much prefer to stay BEHIND the A10, or, better yet, in a different galaxy.

For anyone on the ground, or helicopters, or low-flying airplanes, the A10 is the most pure definition of Winged Death I've ever seen.

I always have and will continue to tip my hat at the A10 pilots and their destruction machines!

Exactly, happens every time, they go head to head against my X or Ywing, despite the fact they have more manouverability and I have the firepwoer, pluss 6000 front protection to get through. You just have to laugh, but I have a Ywing and Xwing load out that allows me to competitively dogfight relics and win. I just wish there more Imperial Navy troops out there rather than clones or Jedi (same thing really).
