i'm no good with lvl 9-10 loot so any body tell me if this is a nice catch ro a piece of crap

I've looted better on all 3 stats. Unless you plan on using a RE lvl 10 capacitor, sell it.

how about this one 46kmass, 1500+energy, recharge 45, i looted this one ad its ging straight into my POB as i fly very light ships that cnat handle that mush mass.

L10 cap should be:
below 40k mass, I've heard as low as 32k
1500+ energy, I personally own a post -re 18XX
60+ recharge

well i double checked the stats on mine and it is 39k mass, 1578.3 gen and 56.7 regen

Best I have is a 33k mass, 1456 Energy, 50.5 recharge, however I can currently RE a level 6 one with 8k mass, 1300 Energy and 50 recharge, and I have some crafted ones that are close to my level 10s, so in my opinion, unless its truly special, level 10 caps just aren't worth the mass.

gen needs to be higher. but to the guy wo said they arent worthi it, out it on a POB, and you don't pay squat.
