When I click manage on my greivous starfighter, it says Energy: 12327 /10916 and it's red. Does this mean I'm overpowering my capacitator by putting too much stuff on or something? Will this have a negative effect on my flying?

It means that the energy requirments of the componets that you have installed is greater than your reactor can produce. When this happen some systems will not work. I don't rem what the hierarchy is for stuff to not work, but I think its like booster, cm's, missiles, then last cannons. Put a higher energy reactor in, or replace componets to match your current reactor energy.

Get a droid/ flight computer and use reactor overload. This will boost your reactor output to meet the demands of your equipments. This way you do have to get a higher energy reactor which will also up the mass.
But dont stop looking for new parts. either player made or RE parts. You might find somehting worth replacing that reactor or other parts.

Thanks, now I'll be hearing "I can't hold her together much longer cap'n" for the next 2 weeks when hitting reactor overload.
