Thread: RSF bug?

Okay...
When I reached 4-4-4-4, I recieved a mission from the RSF trainer for the final battle with the Black Sun. I ran it alone and failed on the escort mission. I lost track of the ship, got too far away and he hyped out.
Upon returning to the trainer, I was sent over to the Imperial Admiral for the next mission... essentially skipping this last RSF mission.
Can anyone tell me what happened there? Is it intentional or a bug?

known bug, but not one we talk about a lot. (skipping missions isn't cool)
