I am RSF Pilot 4334 and want to go rebel Pilot, but I was wondering... I was told that when you master a Pilot you then get double xp for your next pilot, so you can train up it faster? is this true and if it is does it work across factions? If I Master RSF Pilot and Switch to Rebel will I still get this bonus?

Yup worked for me keep in mind you might want to wait until the respec is over so you get your pilot badge.

yes, you will get the space XP *2 bonus in that case .. if you would master Imp to after youhave beena freelancer and rebel ace, then you will get the space XPs *3 bonus.

The bonus is for each pilot profession you master, not each squad, so yes it would work perfectly well across faction

Can anyone verify this today please?

I just finished Arkons Havos Squadron and dropped to to do Smugglers. I am currently NOT getting the XP bonus, even though I should get XP*2 if I read the formular right.

(I am not in respec any more and got the badge. I am not counting the 2 squadrons I did while in respec where I didnt get the badge.)

Re read your combat spam. xp is not listed as 200xp for what used to be a 100xp ship, there would actually be 2 separate lines, 100 and a 100pt master bonus.

I read the spam and it wasnt there.

While crying havoc (and such) I relogged, and did whatever ... then just got over it.

Now I got the bonus.

I scrolled back in the log (got a seperate window for the combat spam in space) and it wasn't there.

Whatever ... at least the devs spared themselver 1 more bug from me today ...

Since mastery badges are removed from respec, I think if you master right now, you wont get the multiple xp bonus upon resigning. I resigned from Rebel Crimson Phoenix before, got 2x xp (2 system messages, 1 bonus, 1 normal). I did the Smuggler's Alliance squadron (Privateer), and resigned, didn't get the badge, and I still only get x1 bonusxp. Since I did Freelance and Rebel Alliance, I should be getting 2x bonus xp in addition to the normal xp (3x total). I submitted a ticked and of course they wouldn't help me. Only response, "Badges are disabled during respec"

I respeced April 27, it's June 14, it should be over!!!
