Thread: Deep Space Denying Friends

Ok, here's the situation, Freelance Ace, 4 Mil Prestige, 1 neutral RSF gunner 1 imp gunner. He's trying to go to deep space and it is not giving him the option at all. He's grouped with me and I"m an Imp ace, I get the option. He has tried Last nav in Dath as well as Claw in Endor and it's not letting him get a deep space option, he gets kessel though. He has tried this declared and undeclared and it's no go either way. Anybody have any ideas or is it bugged?

You didn't mention prestige points so does he have 30K prestige points to get into DS?

Prestige is no problem, here's an update so I'm thinking he's bugged, same group transfered over to my decimator, got into deep space no problem. So apparently it's either him, his ship, or the fact that he's neutral in space but he can't do it right now. Other than a bug, any ideas?

Freelance Pilots can not enter Deep Space while overt. If not overt, Freelance Pilots should be able to enter Deep Space by using the Dath Station, regardless of who else onboard the ship. If you are unable to enter DS from Dath while covert, you have a problem.

that works for me, he said he's been able to get in before, so as long as he's not overt he should be set, I'll let him know and he can try it again later, thanks.
