He's the previous guy you got missions from, in the cantina near the starport in Mos Eisley. Talk to him again, and he'll redirect you to someone else.

hey guys im on my tier 2 mission where you have to find Nyms ship and destroy it or whatever. How do you find the ship, the captain does not give you waypoints, is there a point where it is?

Fly around the sector, targetting each ship until you find the right ones. Its kind of a random spawn.

Once you find them and kill of the first batch, however, you can just wait around. They do respawn after a bit.
