Heh time to bore you all again

just hit number 7000 at the endor spawn i wont change from imp and am growing ever more curious as to just how many before it drops for me.

well if my maths is what it used to be

7000 kills

3 per spawn

3 min spawn timer

= 116 hrs killing this spawn heh

It's TOTALLY RANDOM! Get it? You can't guess the numer of kills it takes to get one because it's NOT tied to a number. If you want it so bad buy one. After that many kills you should have enough creds between your cred chip and trash loot.

Sorry, it has to be tied to a number.

Maybe the random number generator needs to spit out a number divisible by 5000 for a helmet to pop up. So you can guess at how many kills it would take to have a certain probability of finding one.

Not that it would be worth it, in my opinion. The thing is horrificly ugly. I don't wear mine.

Hunting Black Sun for the helmet is like playing the lottery. The more tickets you buy, or the more Black Sun you kill, the more "chances" you'll have to win.

Mmmm I just need to build that computer and maybe I can piece together some action on Bria. RP missions and space pvp maybe.

yes i understand that its random and yes i have more than enough creds to buy one this is more of a little project of mine just want to see exactly how many i kill before one does drop for me

Any of you folks know the number of BS you get with one destroy mission from the coordinators?

I.E. I go to the reb coordinator on Lok, get the BS mission, travel to dant. Complete the whole mission. Just how many have I killed?

The beauty of a true random system is that you have the exact same chance to loot one now that you did when you started and killed your first black sun. Ain't that fun?

Hmmm, so i am actually about 1500 black sun kills now...sigh

I got mine last night.

It took roughly 2500 BS kills, mostly from the RSF and Rebel duty missions. I was begining to think that I would never get one. I was on my main toon doing the RSF black sun duty mission from the tier 4 trainer in Theed. I did not know that I looted one until I landed and looked in my inventory.

It is not an attractive look with my black on black padded armor, but I have not taken it off since I looted it.
