Best I've personally seen is a 9.6. I looted it off a vendor.
I've started taking tier 5 duties in Kashyyyk in hopes of getting more level 10 DIs for RE. I looted two last night, but one was one of those crappy RE level 5 jobs.

right now i think 10 is the best i got. With mass/energy restrictions the 10 stays at home though

Looted a 9.1 speed? that means that you can still RE it and get that extra 6% speed on it...
The best I have ever Looted was lvl 10 with 9.9 speed.
also alot of Speed 10.0's

I'm pretty sure I have at least one 9.0 and a couple 9.1 level 10 DIs. Can't wait to RE them.

I've got a 10.3 sitting in my Decemator. Gods know when I'll get around to REing that. I've been spending most of my time flying on my alt recently. And she has yet to earn even a single prestige point, as I drop my piloting as soon as I get my badge. I'm up to 5 badges now, though. 100% done with Imperial.

my best is a 9.1. But i use something like 13.4 3k mass in my fighters.

I've got a level 10 9.6 speed after last night, and about 4 other Level 10 DIs. Working on that RE here soon.
