i beleive its...
/ui reticleSelect X
(where as X is numbers 0 through 5 i believe.) I used to play with this alot as a rebel pilot.
Another one is
/ui radarSelect X
(where as X is numbers 0 through 3 i beleive). Theres a couple different radar apperance options i REALLY like, but the overloads skew the information they offer so its a moot point)

Dont remember, i made a hotkey out of them. I used to prefer one reticle type over the other depending on what ship i was flying at the time. But i think they toggle.

Reticle and radar select will remain as you set them until you change them again
and I just stuck my radar to the right of my reticle and my info readout on the left (of where the reticle is when i'm fully zoomed out), and I can see them well enough in the periphery or just by glancing over that I dont have to take my eyes off the target I have in front of me

I play with my mouse and have difficulty seeing the blue mouse cursor when flying. Is there a way to change it? Cant find this one in the command reference...

Now if we can only resize the radar as we can on the ground we can actually use it more effectively.
I'd make it as big as possible centered around the reticle.
It would add more data to process in my head but would avoid the negative time frame issue when I have to glance down to my radar to look for target positions.
