Does anyone have any idea what these encrypted disks are you can loot now in space?

I don't think these are new--I've obtained disks as loot in space before. Decrypt it and you'll probably find a bit ofa journalor an Imperial newspaper. You can decrypt these by pulling up the disk's radial and selecting "Decrypt".

You sure any of those were encrypted before?

I looted them off of some tier 1 & 2 NPC's flying around Naboo by the asteroids.

I have gotten them from named NPC's not to long after the release of JTL. So I don't think they are new.

I lote note discs all the time 
Some guys diary i seem to get quite often, he had a pretty damn crappy day lol.
Unlucky guy that one, especially since i killed him like 10 times
