It seems that all the Droid Interfaces that I loot have a higher speed at lowerlevel interfaces than they do at higher level. For example, today I looted a droid interface with 35.5 command speed (required lvl 1 certification) and then I looted a lvl 10 droid interface with a droid command speed of 10. Is it the lower the command speed the faster or is it just a bug? Thanks in advance.
