can 2 rebel pilots from different/same squad complete the master vette run in one shot? or 2 seperate missions?

As long as you have both gotten the mission, one shot is all you need

All Vette missions are given by the same person for all factions/squadrons



Corellia for Rebels


Naboo for Imperials


(I don't remember the names)
