Anyone else getting this? It is taking me 3-4 minutes to launch Ship. I hang in the Loading Objects screen for several minutes before I am loaded into space.

Never had this issue before.

Update: After several CTD I cannot even get ingame. Im totally locked out. I just launch the game and it puts me right back in the Loading Objects screen. I cannot get in game at all.

You have winglets or strakes equiped on your ship?

Load time was normal for me, but the instant a buddy put some on, took him forever to load.

nope. I do have Cargo hold and Mining Laser though.

Not sure what to do, Ive CTD'd a few times and when I load it tried to load me into space and not the starport. So Im in the really ugly cycle. Launch game, forever load, CTD. Not sure how to break the cycle.

uhg. Now I cannot even get ingame. Ive loaded other toons on this account just to be sure and they load fine. I just cannot load my Chilastra character now.

Not sure what to do, I cannot send in a ticket if I cannot get ingame.

Which planet were you launching from when this happened?

in the Character Select screen it says I am in the Corellia system. I tried to Launch into Space from Dearic after completing the first part of the Mining Missions. Ive restarted several times, Im totally Hanged up.

It has been about 15 minutes or so and I tried to get in. I was able to. I think the work around for anyone else is to wait until your character dissapears ingame and then load it again.

I launched into the Dearic Starport.

OK I was able to get into game but still cannot get into space.

You know, I'm guessing the trillions of asteroids kicking around Talus/Corellia space right now are a significant contributor to this problem. I had a serious delay launching into that sector as well.

If that's the case, I expect things will get better once the initial space mining rush settles down, but I'll be sure to bring this up with the devs today.

Waited for my avatar to disappear, traveled to tat. Launched. Carried on with the rest of the missions just fine.

Until I went back to Dearic to give our guild SW my resources, and launched into space to do the tractor beam mission.

Then I got locked out again.

Same here. It seems that the workaround is to travel to a less populoussystem before launching (endor worked for me).
