anyone know how to get started??? and i hear the y-8 is a reward for mining mission- if so, anyone know where to go to start that mission??? im guessing it will be on the new planet? Anyone???

it's going to be live any second so I don't see why not.


Anyways check back for some guides posted later.
There were some real nice ones posted on the beta forum which I hope someone copied to repost here.

There is an excellent guide to mining already written by Red-Dwarf, who I'm sure is eagerly waiting the OK to post it in public. You'll find it extremely helpful.

Actually that won't be possible either since his guide was in the beta forum.
Let's just hope that Red-Dwarf reposts it again today soon.


Although I did archive it, I wouldn't dream of reposting his guide without his permission.

You need to prove your worth to the Corellian Engineering Corporation. After all, the Y-8 is an impressive piece of machinery, not to be idly doled out to any beggar who crosses the path of the CEG! Rumor has it there's a CEG pilot on Kashyyyk, a bit of a hotshot as it were. Find him in Kachirho to start your quest.
