ok how do i get the mining ship i would really like one and dont know where or how to get it and what about the other ships how do we get those?

Start talking to Flash on Kashyyyk.

I haven't had a chance to log in and try yet, but so far I've only seen Flash mentioned in regards to getting your starter equipment... a small cargohold and mark I mining laser. Does he also give you the quests for getting the mining ship? I know this ship is probably going to be very popular in some circles, I'm just wondering what will be involved. Is it just a simple quest? Or is it something more complex? Does it give you the ship directly or does it give you a schematic? If it's the latter, is it a multi-use schematic?

My biggest question is basically how long should I expect it to take to get into one?
