Standard everyday reward shield. you got it from your trainer after one of your tier4 missions. It's very good, and a standard amongst most players, but dont expect to go out and loot more like it. Loot L8 shields with lower mass, and higher recharge, and they make great RE.

That's weird, I skipped my Tier 4 Exit mission...

As for stats to look for, regens over 15.0, drains under 2200 (2400 might suffice), and masses under 28k.

I might be able to grab another one because of the rollback
