Weapon Overload 3 what is the modifiers how do i calculate the damage ie if my weapon does a dase of say 2150- 3075 dmg and i aply wo 3 whats the outcome

Ok so i reads that... this is my understanding
a weapon with max damage of 3741. + WO3 (150%)= 5511.5
is that correct

well if you wanna do more testing, feel free 
get a friend, load up a tier 1 gun with like 100 max damage, then shoot at him. See how much damage you do with and without WO3 running, that will give you the multiplier. 150% is what most people have reported for WO3.

You'd have to take into account the 25% damage reduction.

doesnt matter, the multiplier would be the same since the 25% would apply before and after running the program
