this is a list of rebel ships i am makeing i plan on doing the same for empire at a later date

that's nice, we got this thing called a faq... it has a list....all the ships ingame....with stats, not just names. No need to add new ships at least until open beta (if there is one) starts.

beta has already been done! i read it. they from what i read in a post some were on the forum did beta of both the combat revamp and rage of the wookiees

Hi, if you read my sig you'll see "Member- Team Automaton"
It's not apparent what that means, so I'll explain. I am one of the people selected to represent Droid Engineers inthe Combat upgrade Alpha test. If I hadn't been selected from DE, I would at least be an alternate for Team Aerial Bombardment, the Pilot contingent in the CU. Since the CU got rolled in with the new expansion, before that test was ready, I have been admitted into the Beta for the combined product. I can say here, without violating my NDA, that there has been no Alpha or Beta test, unless an SOE inhouse test was run.
Specifically what I meant in my original post was referring to a "public beta" this is the tests run right before release designed to get a large number of people in and using the new content, to load test the software on a server. If the basic alpha and beta tests have not run, there is no way an public beta was held and no one knows about it.
Nice if you could post a link to wherever you say you saw someone claim to have tested the game (and I do mean test, not a short demo or preview that are given to magazine correspondents sometimes). Either the person doesnt know what they're talking about or... yeah they don't know what they're talking about.
